Design Requirements for Kitchen Exhaust System
The area of the opening window in the individual antechamber should not be less than 2 square meters; for the shared antechamber, it should not be less than 3 square meters.
The total area of exterior windows in the stairwell should not be less than 2 square meters, excluding the fifth floor internal department.
3. Corridors and rooms must have exterior windows with an area of no less than 2%.
4. The area of skylights or high-side windows in atriums with a clear height of less than 12 meters shall not be less than 5% of the total floor area of the atrium.
