During operation, micro water pumps generate vibrations. First, check if the pump has a rubber mounting bracket, as it serves as a shock absorber to reduce the noise caused by the pump's vibrations. Therefore, we also recommend replacing the pump with a brushless centrifugal pump, which is driven by a brushless motor to minimize vibrations and subsequently reduce noise. Additionally, confirm that the pump is securely fastened.
Next, confirm whether the liquid medium contains impurities. Liquids with large particles can also generate noise and even cause the micro pump to malfunction and cease operation.
