Always check for the integrity of the silicone tube during use; it operates best at medium speed. If you notice the silicone tube is aging, replace it promptly. When the peristaltic pump starts up, the silicone tube may swell at one end, which can be straightened by hand. After use, simply wipe the pump head clean.
