The long-term allowable working temperature for the conductors of insulated and sheathed control cables should not exceed 70°C. During installation, the cable temperature should be at least 0°C, and the bending radius should be at least ten times the cable's outer diameter. For cables with armor or copper tape shielding, the bending radius should be at least twelve times the cable's outer diameter.
Characteristics of cables with insulation and sheath control for assembly:
The long-term allowable working temperature for the cable conductor is 70°C.
2. The laying temperature of the cable should not be below 0°C. The recommended allowable bending radius: For cables without armor layer, it should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. For cables with armor or copper tape shielding, it should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. For flexible cables with shielding layer structure, it should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
