The working principle of this series 100L double-layer glass reactor:

Through a 100L jacket, inject a constant-temperature (high or low temperature) heating or cooling fluid, to uniformly heat or cool the material inside the reactor, and it also provides stirring. The material reacts inside the reactor, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the reactor, making the operation extremely convenient.

Features and Specifications

The reactor vessel is made of high borosilicate glass, offering excellent physical and chemical properties. The bottle is transparent, allowing for visible observation of the reaction liquid.

The main body is constructed with a stainless steel frame and aluminum alloy material, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability against corrosion.

Stainless steel stirrer with PTFE coating, suitable for mixing various solvents, non-toxic and corrosion-resistant.

Smooth mixing, high torque, spark-free, and long lifespan.

This product's variable frequency speed controller features dual digital display for speed and temperature (can display the inner pot temperature). The speed can be set through a tuning knob, offering intuitive and convenient operation; it also comes with a temperature measuring probe for the inner pot (PT100).

The overall structure is compact and rational, featuring swivel casters with brakes for easy movement.

Zero dead corner glass slant valve, effectively reduces dead corners in mixing, and is convenient for discharge.

Equipped with vacuum display function, suitable working vacuum levels can be selected for high boiling point materials.
