The kettle lid can be fitted with features such as constant pressure dripping, condensate reflux/recycling, and rectifying column.
The vessel can be lifted, rotated, making it easy to remove crystalline or paste-like materials, and convenient for cleaning.
The drum can be upgraded to a three-layer glass design, consisting of two interlayers. The inner interlayer is for heat or cold medium, while the outer interlayer serves as a vacuum insulation layer.
Heating Method:
The system requires a third-party heating or cooling device to form a circulation path with the jacket of the reactor, thereby conducting the temperature to the internal material inside the reactor.
Optional Anhui Puli Technology's heating and cooling unit, equipped with a thermal oil, can quickly heat or cool the material inside the kettle.

Operating Principle:
Multi-functional Double-Layer Glass ReactorThe working principle is: by injecting high or low temperature (heating or cooling) circulating liquid into the interlayer of a double-layer reaction kettle, the material inside the kettle is heated or refrigerated at a constant temperature, and the material undergoes reactions (decomposition and combination) within the kettle. It can also control the speed of evaporation, reflux, and collection of the reaction bath. After the reaction is complete, the remaining material in the kettle is discharged through the discharge outlet at the bottom, making the operation extremely convenient. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical small sample experiments and the synthesis of new materials in bioproducts.
This series of double-layer glass reactors has an inner container for placing reaction materials, which allows for vacuum extraction and variable-speed mixing. This enables the materials to undergo gasification and evaporation under reduced pressure for concentration and purification. The annular space can be filled with chilled fluid, water, or high-temperature liquid (alternating according to the program) to heat, cool, or freeze the materials.
