Troubleshooting Methods for Double Glass Reactors
Power on the switch, the indicator light does not illuminate. Please have an electrician check the power source and outlet if the external power is not connected or the contact is poor.
2. Turn off the power switch and replace the fuse before installing a new one.
The power indicator light is on but not rotating. The rotating shaft has rusted and stopped functioning. Contacted the supplier for the motor, and the electrical box fault was resolved by reconnecting the disconnected seven-core plug.
4. Sudden vacuum loss, cracks in the glass, and damaged switches detected. Inspect glass components, replace switches.
5. There is a vacuum, but the seal ring is worn and cannot be sealed. There is a leak at the connection of the vacuum switch; please replace the seal ring and switch.
6. Occasionally, there's dirt on the steel shaft during vacuuming and the connectors are loose. Please clean the dirt and check the vacuum gauge and vacuum pump.
7. Replace vacuum hoses if they are aging.
8. Loosen and retighten the clamping screws on the main shaft, adjusting for left and right lateral movement.
10. Motor temperature exceeded (40℃ above room temperature is normal), stopped due to overload. Manually rotate the shaft, is it very heavy? Clean the dirt from the contact area between the seal and the glass shaft, apply vacuum grease.
11. Speed display does not match actual; voltage is unstable. There is inherent error; contact supplier.
12. Electric heating tube with casing has cracks allowing water entry; please have an electrician inspect.
