The advantages of the explosion-proof water temperature control unit for both cold and hot applications include its high specific heat capacity, excellent heat exchange performance, and high unit heat exchange efficiency. Moreover, water resources are cost-effective, and water as a heat transfer fluid is economical, clean, and convenient to use. In the event of accidental leakage in the temperature control circuit during the process, the water that leaks out can be directly drained into the sewage system without causing resource waste or environmental pollution. This is particularly evident in high environmental requirement applications such as lens forming, coating, and automotive lighting production.

The Cold & Hot Integrated Explosion-proof Water Temperature Machine employs a new microprocessor controller, enabling full automatic monitoring and control of the machine's operating parameters, including set and actual working temperatures, high working temperature, pump operation mode (standard or vacuum), automatic water refilling (for water model temperature machines), shutdown, forced cooling, and more. The integrated PID algorithm processor automatically calculates the correct operating parameters throughout the entire operation, maintaining working temperature fluctuations within ±1°C.

1. There are actually two circuits when using a water heater: one is between the water heater and the "customer's equipment," which requires a connection using Teflon piping or high-temperature-resistant hoses; the other is a direct link between the external circulating water source (cooling water tower) and the water temperature machine (which supplies make-up water and cooling). Therefore, the steps for using the water temperature machine involve connecting all the pipes, mainly ensuring the filters between the pipes are properly installed to prevent any mismatches.

2. When the water heater is turned on, there is no medium (water) in the entire system at this point. The set temperature needs to be lowered (to 0℃), and the pump should be started to circulate for a few minutes, allowing the water heater to fully expel air from the piping and replenish water (automatically).

3. After the water heater has been heated normally, some customers may close the inlet or outlet connecting the cooling water tower and the water heater. This is an important point. They believe that doing so can save water. In fact, this is entirely incorrect. The inlet is used for later cooling and precise temperature control, while the outlet is for pressure relief. If both of these are closed, it will definitely affect the water heater's functionality, potentially triggering a high-pressure alarm and rendering the water heater unusable.

4. The explosion-proof cold and hot water temperature machine will be adjusted and inspected before shipment. The machine's parameters and functions will be set. Please refer to the included user manual when using the water temperature machine to prevent any misuse that could damage the equipment.
