Application and Performance Features

The dual airflow dryer is an indirect heating contact dryer that can operate either in countercurrent or cocurrent principle. It is widely applicable for drying loose materials (such as powdery, granular, and flake-like materials with little adhesiveness) in various industries including chemicals, light industry, food, grain, and feed. This includes materials like white spirit tanks and beer tanks in the light industry; hog hair, bone powder (deboned gelatin), and blood fermentation powder in the meat processing industry; granular and powdered fertilizers and inorganic minerals in the chemical industry; corn germ, corn fiber (corn bran), and protein powder in the starch industry; carriers in the feed industry such as bran, corn grits, and soybean meal; by-products from the fishing industry such as fish and shrimp; and rapeseed (non-seed) in the oil industry, etc.

The twin-flow dryer absorbs the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets, with certain improvements. It boasts numerous benefits, primarily low energy consumption, a wide range of drying materials, high output, large water evaporation capacity, and the ability to dry high-moisture materials. It offers great flexibility in drying time (adjustable according to the moisture requirements of different substances), continuous production (high level of automation), and can also operate intermittently (suitable for special production processes). Materials are dried within a sealed cavity under negative pressure. The working environment is clean, pollution-free, and low in noise. Due to its minimal additional equipment, the dryer occupies a small footprint.
