Application and Performance Features

Flash drying machines are indirect heating contact dryers that can operate according to either countercurrent or cocurrent principles. They are widely used for drying loose materials (such as powdery, granular, or flake-like materials with low adhesion) in various industries including chemicals, light industry, food, grain, and feed. This includes items like white spirit tanks and beer tanks in the light industry; hog hair, bone meal (de-boned gelatin), and blood fermentation powder in the meat processing industry; granular, powdered, and inorganic mineral materials in the chemical industry; corn germ, corn fiber (corn bran), and protein powder in the starch industry; as well as carriers in the feed industry (such as bran, corn碎, soybean dreg particles, etc.); by-products from fish and shrimp in the fishing industry; and rapeseed (not for seed use) in the oil industry, etc.

The flash drying machine incorporates the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international markets, with some improvements. It boasts many benefits, primarily including low energy consumption, a broad range of drying materials, high output, significant moisture evaporation, and the capability to dry high-moisture materials. It offers high drying flexibility (adjustable drying time based on different moisture requirements of materials), continuous production (high level of automation), and intermittent production (suitable for special production processes). Materials are dried in a sealed cavity under vacuum. The working environment is clean, pollution-free, and low in noise. Due to its minimal additional equipment, it occupies less space.
