The ideal distribution loss is generally obtained by the following formula:
Ideal Power Splitter Loss (dB) = 10 log(1/N), where N is the number of ports in the power divider.
Isolation: The attenuation between the output ports of SMA microstrip power dividers when the main path is connected to a matched load.
Amplitude Balance: Refers to the maximum amplitude error between all output ports within the bandwidth of an SMA ribbon power divider.
Phase Balance: Refers to the degree of fluctuation in phase shift between each output port within the bandwidth, relative to the input port.
