At the Jiangsu project site, two different specifications of spiral submerged arc welding (SMAW) pipe production lines are operating simultaneously: one is a 4220mm large-diameter SMAW pipe production line, and the other is an 820mm specification SMAW pipe production line, catering to a wide range of needs from large-scale engineering to conventional pipeline applications. From steel strip feeding, forming, welding to stable pipe output, the two production lines operate with clear rhythms and stable conditions, requiring minimal adjustments on-site, fully demonstrating the reliability and adaptability of the equipment under long-term production conditions. The entire production line also includes precision equipment such as flat head chamfering machines, hydrostatic testing machines, T-welding machines, and pipe handling equipment.

The 4220 production line is capable of manufacturing large-diameter, thick-walled spiral-welded pipes, suitable for regional water and oil transportation pipelines, offshore structures, pile foundation projects, and large-scale municipal projects. The 820 production line covers medium and small diameter specifications, ideal for urban pipeline networks, industrial pipelines, and structural piping applications, balancing production efficiency and cost control.
