At the Jiangsu project site, two different specifications of spiral submerged arc welding pipe production lines are operating simultaneously: one is a 4220mm large diameter spiral submerged arc welding pipe production line, and the other is an 820mm specification spiral submerged arc welding pipe production line, catering to a wide range of needs from large-scale engineering to conventional pipeline applications. From steel strip feeding, forming, welding to stable pipe output, the two production lines operate with a clear rhythm and stable condition, requiring minimal adjustments on-site, fully demonstrating the reliability and adaptability of the equipment under long-term production conditions. The entire production line also includes equipment such as flat head chamfering machines, hydrostatic testing machines, T-welding machines, and pipe handling equipment.

The 4220 production line is capable of manufacturing large-diameter, thick-walled spiral-welded pipes, suitable for cross-regional water and oil pipelines, offshore structures, pile foundation projects, and large-scale municipal projects, demanding high precision in shaping, stability of welds, and rigidity of equipment. The 820 production line covers medium and small-diameter specifications, ideal for urban pipeline networks, industrial pipelines, and structural pipe applications, balancing production efficiency and cost control.
