Product Introduction:
Multiple hoisting methods for electro-permanent lifting magnets allow for side and level hoisting, specifically designed for transporting medium to thick plates and wide thick plates. Considering that long steel plates may bend and deform during hoisting, affecting safe lifting, we typically use multiple simultaneous hoists for such plates. Depending on the specifications of the steel plates (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select lifting electro-permanent magnets of different specifications.
During the lifting operation, the following measures should be taken: First, a special adaptive mechanism is used for the connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnetic iron; secondly, for steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use light tonnage and multiple lifting points, and arrange two units along the width of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the steel plate, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction force; thirdly, use magnetic control adjustment to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted each time.
