Product Introduction:
Wide and thick steel plate electromagnetic lifting devices are specifically designed for hoisting medium to thick plates and wide and thick plates. Considering that long steel plates may bend and deform during lifting, affecting safe hoisting, we usually employ multiple lifting units when handling such steel plates. Based on the specifications of the steel plates (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select lifting electromagnetic magnets of different specifications.
During the overhead lifting process, the following measures should be taken: 1) The connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnet uses a special adaptive mechanism; 2) For steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use low-tonnage, multi-point arrangement, and place two units in the width direction of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the plate, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction force; 3) Employ magnetic control adjustment to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted each time.
