Multiple lifting methods for electro-permanent magnets lifting equipment allow for side lifting and horizontal lifting, specifically designed for handling medium to thick plates and wide and thick plates. Considering that long steel plates may bend or deform during lifting, affecting safe transportation, we typically use multi-machine synchronous lifting when handling such steel plates. Based on the specifications (length, width, thickness) of the steel plates and the lifting capacity of the crane, we select lifting electro-permanent magnets of different specifications.

During the process of tandem lifting, the following measures should be taken: First, the connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnetic iron employs a special adaptive mechanism; second, for steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use light-tonnage, multi-point arrangement, and place two units along the width of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the plates, reduce the working air gap, and enhance the suction; third, use magnetic field control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
