Product Introduction:

Steel plate and section handling electromagnetic lifting devices are specifically designed for lifting steel plates and sections. Due to the potential bending and deformation of long steel plates during lifting, which may affect safe handling, we typically use multiple hoists in tandem when lifting such plates. Depending on the specifications of the steel plates (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select different sizes of lifting electromagnetic magnets.

During the combined hoisting process, the following measures should be taken: Firstly, a special adaptive mechanism is used for the connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnet; Secondly, for steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, employ light tonnage and multiple lifting points, and arrange two sets along the width of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the lifting, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction power; Thirdly, use magnetic field adjustment control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
