Product Introduction:
Steel plate and section materials lifting electromagnetic hoists are specifically designed for lifting steel plates and sections. Considering that long steel plates may bend and deform during lifting, affecting safe operation, we typically use multiple hoists in tandem for such steel plates. Depending on the steel plate specifications (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select different specifications of lifting electromagnetic magnets.
During the hoisting process, the following measures should be taken: 1. The connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnet employs a special adaptive mechanism; 2. For steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use light tonnage and multiple lifting points, and place two units along the width of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the steel plate, reduce the working air gap, and enhance the suction; 3. Implement magnetic control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
