Demagnetizers are devices used to eliminate residual magnetism caused by machining processes. They generate magnetic lines using electromagnetic coils, which directly or indirectly interfere with the magnetic properties of the original workpiece to achieve demagnetization. In China, the main types of demagnetizers include platform demagnetizers and frame demagnetizers. Platform demagnetizers primarily demagnetize workpieces by guiding the magnetic flux of the coil into a plane through an iron core. Frame demagnetizers mainly pass the workpiece through the coil to cut the residual magnetism of the workpiece with the magnetic lines, achieving demagnetization. Demagnetizers require AC power to magnetize the coil.
