Product Description:
Demagnetizers are used to eliminate residual magnetism caused by mechanical processing. They produce magnetic lines using electromagnetic coils, which directly or indirectly interfere with the original workpiece's magnetism to achieve demagnetization. Main demagnetizers in China include platform demagnetizers and frame demagnetizers. The platform demagnetizer primarily demagnetizes the workpiece by guiding the magnetic flux from the coil into a plane. The frame demagnetizer primarily passes the workpiece through the coil, allowing the magnetic lines to cut through the workpiece's residual magnetism for demagnetization. Demagnetizers require AC power to magnetize the coil.
