Demagnetizers are used to eliminate residual magnetism caused by machining processes. They generate magnetic lines using electromagnetic coils, which directly or indirectly interfere with the original workpiece's magnetism to achieve demagnetization. Main types of demagnetizers in China include platform demagnetizers and frame demagnetizers. Platform demagnetizers primarily demagnetize workpieces by guiding the magnetic flux from the coil to a flat surface. Frame demagnetizers mainly pass the workpiece through the coil to cut the residual magnetism with the magnetic lines, achieving demagnetization. Demagnetizers require AC power to magnetize the coil.
