Steel pipe round steel lifting electromagnet lifting devices are specifically designed for lifting medium and thick plates, as well as wide and thick plates. Considering that the lifting of long steel plates may cause bending and deformation, affecting safe lifting, we typically use multi-machine lifting when handling such steel plates. Depending on the specifications of the steel plates (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select lifting electromagnets of different specifications.

During the overhead lifting operation, the following measures should be taken: Firstly, a special adaptive mechanism is used for the connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnet; secondly, for steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, a small-tonnage, multi-point arrangement is adopted, with two units placed along the width of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the plate, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction force; thirdly, magnetic control is used to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
