Solidified flooring used to be transparent, with a cement-like color. The common method to change color was to add colored garnet sand before pouring the concrete, followed by the application of the hardener. However, there was a drawback: the color depth was inconsistent, as it was difficult to ensure uniform stress distribution on the ground during the polishing process. Later, with the advancement of technology, the hardener dyeing technique emerged.

 

       Dyed concrete sealant flooring can significantly enhance strength and hardness over the long term, providing long-lasting sealing and waterproofing, as well as long-term maintenance of the concrete. It prevents dust generation for extended periods, boasts high bonding strength, and can save substantial costs on repairs and maintenance. Moreover, it can be made in various colors, making the flooring more aesthetically pleasing than the original.

 

        The dye-sealed curing agent and the original color curing agent are suitable for the same places, including underground parking garage floors, industrial factory floors, logistics warehouse floors, indoor and outdoor industrial floors, large shopping mall floors, food factory floors, electronic communication workshop floors, and for treating floor dust and sanding. They are also used for resurfacing old floors and addressing the issue of low concrete floor hardness. They are customized to different colors based on customer needs, catering to a diverse range of requirements.
Ground Dyeing Treatment

1.After one application of the dyeing agent, the ground may exhibit uneven absorption rates, leading to some areas drying faster. A second application of the dyeing agent is required for these areas. During the second application, increase the amount of dyeing agent on the faster-drying sections and expand the area to be coated.

2.After two coats of dye, wait for the floor to dry, allowing the dye to fully penetrate the surface. During the drying process, impurities may appear on the surface of the dye, and the color will deepen.

3.After the ground is completely dry following dyeing, use1000The resin grinding blade is used for dry grinding of floor surfaces, removing impurities from the stained floor's top layer.

4.In adopting1000After the resin grinding disc is dry milled, the ground may exhibit uneven coloration. In such cases, a small amount of dye should be applied to the lighter areas to ensure even distribution of the dye agent and no color discrepancies on the surface. Once the dye has been applied, simply allow the ground to dry.
