Power on the bending machine, replace the key switch, press the oil pump start button, and the bending machine oil pump begins to rotate; the machine has not started working yet.
2. During the commissioning process, it is essential to conduct a trial run when the bending machine mold is stopped from bending before formal operation. When the upper mold of the bending machine moves to the bottom, the gap between the plate thickness must be ensured. Otherwise, it may damage the mold and the machine. The travel adjustment also includes both electric quick adjustment and manual fine-tuning.
3. When selecting the bending machine mold slot, it is generally recommended to choose a slot width that is 8 times the thickness of the plate. If the sheet metal is to be bent by 4mm, approximately 32 slots should be selected.
4. Inspect the overlapping and consolidation of the upper and lower dies of the bending machine, and verify that all positioning installations meet the processing requirements. Regularly check the alignment of the upper and lower molds; ensure the pressure gauge readings are within regulations.
5. Ensure boards are securely flattened during bending to prevent lifting edges that could injure operators.
6. Always disconnect the power and stop the operation before adjusting the plate mold.
When changing the die opening on the variable bend machine, no material is allowed to contact the lower die.
8. Stop using the bending machine molds to fold excessively thick iron plates or quenched steel plates, high-alloy steel, square steel, and sheets to prevent damage to the machine tool.
9. Turn off the bending machine, place the wooden blocks on the lower mold below the two hydraulic cylinders on both sides, and lower the upper sliding plate onto the blocks. First, exit the control system program, then disconnect the power supply.
