When installing the bending machine mold, it's crucial to first understand the machine's characteristics. Power on the CNC bending machine, adjust and inspect it carefully to check for any dust and iron slag from previous use. This helps avoid inconvenience during the mid to late stages of application.

2. Adjust the guide slider stroke.

Firstly, check the thickness of the bending machine mold and the ratio of the left and right modules for normalcy. Generally, the guide slider must be operated at the power switch points along the travel route. Caution is required; otherwise, the mold cannot be used normally. However, some people often make mistakes.

3. Adjusted the itinerary module.

After adjusting the guide rail slider stroke specifications, modify the module limit points. Generally, when the module reaches its peak, the module and power switch should be set. Based on the above actual operations, the module's retention section can be discharged, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Throughout the process, it is also necessary to alleviate the module. When the module descends to the dead point, the module must be lowered to maintain the machine and mold.

4. Adjustment of the gap

Adjust the gap between the bending machine dies. First, accurately measure the gap between the upper and lower modules. The effective gap must be determined based on the folding sheet.

5. Angle Adjustment

Adjusting the bending angle of sheet metal is also a critical stage. The angle selection must be related to the product specifications. Generally, a 90° mold shell is bent, so the angle must be set at the midpoint, exceeding both sides, and sometimes solved by adjusting the screws. After adjustment, under no circumstances should changes be made to the product without altering the requirements. Then, in the case of sheet metal bending, calculate the accurate working pressure data based on the pressure gauge and adjust the working pressure to prevent the mold from chipping.
