The new series of through-blast shot blasting equipment for steel structural profiles consists of horizontal units with multiple independent components. Generally, no foundation is required for the equipment. The main components include manganese material blasting chamber, 4-16 blast heads, protective lining plates, feed system, and discharge chamber. Optional features include shot material replenishment system, shot material conveying and storage system, shot material cleaning system, dust collection system, noise-reduction room, and the entire control cabinet.
Design and operational sequence
The conveyor system transports workpieces into the shot blasting chamber, then activates the switch to control the feed of abrasive material. The results are as follows: the blasting head is only activated when there are workpieces in the shot blasting chamber. The equipment and other units show minimal wear. The peripheral equipment meets the user's needs. The transfer of workpieces to the import or export can be manually or automatically operated. Seals at the进出口 prevent particle escape. The exit conveyor is equipped with a shot collection tray, where residual abrasive material can be manually removed or cleared using a cleaning device, after which it can be recycled.
