Process Description: Wastewater, after being screened through a grille to remove larger suspended solids and hair, etc., is directly fed into the primary sedimentation tank. This tank, which also serves as a regulating tank, equalizes water quality and volume, while allowing insoluble solids like undigested food and feces to settle. The settled water then flows into the anaerobic hydrolysis tank, where, under the action of extracellular enzymes from anaerobic bacteria, large molecular organic matter is hydrolyzed and acidified into smaller molecules, and most of the insoluble organic matter is degraded into soluble substances..Then, the wastewater enters the contact oxidation tank. Once the water level reaches the set level, aeration begins to mix the wastewater with the activated sludge thoroughly. After aeration, the supernatant is discharged when the sludge settles. When the sludge reaches a certain water level, it is pumped to the sludge pond. The treated wastewater then flows to the secondary sedimentation tank, where it is clarified.
