Waste water from machinery processing is the wastewater discharged from the production processes of precision machinery, transportation equipment, industrial chain machinery, mechanical manufacturing, and electric motor manufacturing, etc., within the machinery industry. The types of waste water are often categorized into oil-containing wastewater, spray wastewater, water-cooling wastewater, electroplating wastewater, and rare metal wastewater, etc., which contain residues like grease and epoxy resin. It also includes waste and cleaning water from various metal processing, along with various metal cations such as chromium and zinc, all of which are toxic. Machinery processing wastewater has a wide scope and causes significant environmental pollution, making it one of the most crucial chemical wastewater types to control. 1. Buried below ground level, the surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes, without the need for construction or heating and insulation.

2. The second-level biological contact oxidation process utilizes a plug flow design, offering superior treatment efficiency compared to complete mix or two-stage series complete mix biological contact oxidation ponds. It also has a smaller volume than an activated sludge pond, strong adaptability to water quality, excellent resistance to shock loads, and stable effluent water quality without sludge bulking. The pond employs new elastic three-dimensional packing material, which has a larger specific surface area, allowing for easy biofilm formation and removal. Under the same organic load, it achieves a higher removal rate of organic matter and can increase the solubility of oxygen in water.

3. The biochemical pool utilizes the biological contact oxidation method, with a relatively low volume load of filling material. Microorganisms are in their self-oxidation phase, resulting in a low sludge production. Sludge is only to be discharged once every three months (90 days) or more, either by using a fecal truck for extraction or by dewatering into sludge cakes for external transport.

4. The integrated wastewater treatment equipment not only employs conventional high-altitude exhaust for odor control but also includes soil deodorization measures.

5. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with an automatic electrical control system and a device fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel management is required; regular maintenance and care of the equipment are sufficient.
