Livestock farming wastewater primarily originates from the flushing of animal pens and the excrement of livestock and poultry. This type of wastewater is a high-concentration organic waste rich in pathogens, which, if directly discharged into water bodies or stored in inappropriate locations, can lead to severe deterioration of surface water or groundwater quality upon being washed into water bodies by rain. Due to the strong phosphorus solubility of animal excrement, the phosphorus and water-soluble organic matter in the excrement are in large quantities. If not properly handled, they can contaminate the groundwater through surface runoff and infiltration. Based on years of experience in treating wastewater from livestock farming and referring to relevant domestic and international technologies, the technical team at Pu膜Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. has developed a treatment equipment for livestock farming wastewater. This equipment can adjust the components by adding or assembling to meet the expected treatment effects according to different or changing water quality, and all indicators comply with national emission standards.

       Process Description:

  Wastewater is first filtered through a grille screen to remove large suspended solids and hair, etc., and then it flows directly into the primary sedimentation tank. The primary sedimentation tank also serves as a regulating tank to equalize water quality and volume, while settling down insoluble solids like undigested food and feces. The settled water then enters the anaerobic hydrolysis tank, where, under the action of extracellular enzymes of anaerobic bacteria, large organic molecules are hydrolyzed and acidified into smaller molecules, and most of the insoluble organic matter is degraded into soluble substances..Then, the wastewater enters the contact oxidation pond, where it's aerated once the water level reaches the set level, ensuring thorough mixing with the activated sludge. After aeration ends and the sludge settles, the supernatant is discharged. When the sludge accumulates to a certain level, it's pumped into the sludge pond. The treated wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, is lifted to the filter for filtration, and then proceeds to the disinfection pond for treatment before meeting the standards for discharge.
