The filtration precision of ceramic membranes covers microfiltration and ultrafiltration, with microfiltration membrane pore sizes ranging from 50nm to 1.4μm, and ultrafiltration membrane precision ranging from 8KDa to 50KDa. Different pore size membranes can be selected as needed to achieve clarification and separation. The system includes pressure and temperature protection devices. The pressure protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the pressure exceeds the safe limit; the temperature protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the temperature exceeds the safe limit; the safety filter device can prevent system damage caused by the entry of solid particles.

The equipment employs multiple technologies identical to production machinery for controlling parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and velocity, making the laboratory's separation process more akin to real-world industrial conditions, which is conducive to the industrialization of the process.
