NF membrane separation is a new type of membrane separation technology, with a technical principle similar to that of mechanical screening. Nanofiltration is a membrane separation technology that falls between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, with a molecular weight cut-off ranging fromIn the range of 200-1000 nanometers, the membrane has a pore size of a few nanometers. Since this membrane retains molecules larger than about 1 nanometer during the filtration process with a retention rate greater than 95%, it is called nanofiltration. Owing to the superior characteristics of nanofiltration separation technology, it shows great application prospects in fields such as wastewater treatment, biochemical engineering, and food industry. One significant feature of nanofiltration membranes is their charged nature, which is a key reason for their high desalination performance at low pressure and the ability to remove inorganic salts from membranes with a molecular weight cut-off of hundreds. We offer a variety of compact, rolled nanofiltration membrane elements with a reasonable surface area/volume ratio. By employing different channel networks (13-120 mils), the width of the feed stream channel can be adjusted to accommodate various viscosities. To meet the requirements of specific industries, we can select the appropriate nanofiltration membrane based on the customer's process requirements, the characteristics of the treatment system, and relevant technical specifications.

One. Membrane separation pilot equipment functions and applications

This unit is a laboratory-grade ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis mini membrane separation equipment, suitable for a wide range of applications including separation, concentration, and purification of substances; its design process is infused with industrial concepts, making it ideal for researchers to explore various process parameters required for the industrial scaling-up of the equipment.

Section IIMembrane Separation Pilot Equipment Features

The overall structure is compact, operation is simple, stable, and the appearance is attractive. The entire machine is made of stainless steel.

The power section features a hydraulic diaphragm pump, offering high lift and stable pressure for reliable performance.

● The system's high-pressure piping is made of sanitized stainless steel, offering high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. The connections are made with sanitized socket-weld fittings, ensuring convenient and reliable assembly.

The system includes pressure and temperature protection devices. The pressure protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the pressure exceeds the safe limit; the temperature protection device can automatically alarm and shut down when the temperature goes beyond the set limit; the safety filter device prevents system damage caused by the entry of solid particles.

The equipment employs various technologies identical to production-line equipment for controlling parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and velocity, bringing the laboratory's separation processes closer to the actual industrial reality and facilitating industrialization of the process.

The equipment features variable frequency control, effectively expanding its application range; the system's processing capacity is 0-150L/hour (which is related to the properties of the material), with a recirculating volume of only 350-400ml, making it particularly suitable for laboratory use.

Three.Membrane Separation Pilot Equipment Specifications

Material-specific imported diaphragm hydraulic pump, with high head, stable pressure, and reliable performance.

● Membrane Core: Imported rolled or hollow membrane elements, specifically designed for material concentration and separation; features include acid and alkali resistance for cleaning, long service life, and anti-pollution capabilities.

● Narrow membrane core pore size distribution, high retention accuracy)

Equipped with high-temperature and high-pressure automatic shutdown protection device;

● Recirculation Tank: Made of SS304 material, highly corrosion-resistant; conical bottom design to significantly reduce recirculation volume.

Piping System: Utilizes SS316 stainless steel sanitary pipes for easy disassembly and maintenance.
