Place oil-stained metal parts, aluminum blocks, metals, bearings, chains, molds, etc., into the cleaning basket and then into the cleaning tank.

Under the action of ultrasonic waves, combined with the chemical effect of the degreaser, bubbles form in a warm environment. Due to pressure, these bubbles collapse and disperse, generating shock waves that can wash away the surface of metal hardware, promoting the stripping of oil stains.


How effective is the degreasing and rust-removing capability of ultrasonic cleaning machines? The effectiveness is closely related to factors such as the size and complexity of the parts, their placement, the composition of the surface oil, and whether a degreaser is added. Generally, ultrasonic cleaning machines operate at a frequency of 40KHz. The placement of the parts is crucial; as the parts move or rotate within the cleaning tank, it ensures that all surfaces are exposed to the ultrasonic radiation for optimal cleaning.
