The Pinjialing Servo Pressing Machine is driven by an AC servo motor, converting rotational force into vertical direction through a high-precision ball screw. It manages pressure with a pressure sensor mounted at the front of the drive section and controls speed and position with an encoder. The machine applies pressure to the workpiece to achieve the desired processing. It can control pressure, stop position, driving speed, and stop time at any time. It can achieve a full-process closed-loop control of pressing force and insertion depth in pressure assembly operations, dividing the entire pressing process into five stages: quick advance, detection, pressing, holding pressure, and return.
