Servo Pressing Machine Working Principle
The Pinjialing Servo Pressing Machine is driven by an AC servo motor, which converts rotational force into vertical direction through a high-precision ball screw. It manages pressure with a pressure sensor mounted at the front of the drive section and controls speed with an encoder. It applies pressure to the workpiece simultaneously to achieve the processing goal. It can control pressure, stop position, drive speed, and stop time at any time. It can realize a full-process closed-loop control of pressing force and insertion depth in pressure assembly operations, with the entire pressing process divided into five stages: fast forward, detection, pressing, holding pressure, and return.
