Servo Pressing Machine Working Principle
The Pinjaling Servo Press is a device powered by an AC servo motor, which converts rotational force into vertical motion via a high-precision ball screw. It manages pressure through a pressure sensor mounted at the front of the drive section and controls speed position with an encoder. It applies pressure to the workpiece simultaneously to achieve the desired processing. It can control pressure, stop position, drive speed, and stop time at any time. It enables a full-process closed-loop control of press force and insertion depth in pressure assembly operations. The entire press process is divided into five stages: quick advance, detection, pressing, holding pressure, and return.
