Servo Pressing Machine Working Principle
The Pinjialing Servo Press is driven by an AC servo motor, converting rotational force into vertical direction via high-precision ball screw. It manages pressure with a pressure sensor mounted at the front of the drive section and controls speed with an encoder. This device applies pressure to the workpiece to achieve the processing goal. It can control pressure, stop position, drive speed, and stop time at any time. It can achieve a full-process closed-loop control of press-fitting force and insertion depth during pressure assembly operations, dividing the entire press-fitting process into five stages: rapid advance, detection, press-fitting, pressure holding, and return.
