The Pinjialing Servo Pressing Machine utilizes AC servo motor drive, converting rotational force into vertical direction via high-precision ball screw. It manages pressure with a pressure sensor mounted at the front of the drive section and controls speed with an encoder. It applies pressure to the workpiece simultaneously to achieve the desired processing. It can control pressure, stopping position, driving speed, and stopping time at any time. It can implement a full-process closed-loop control of pressing force and insertion depth during pressure assembly operations, dividing the entire pressing process into five stages: quick forward, detection, pressing, holding pressure, and return.
