PRINCIPLE
Under computer system surveillance, bottles sequentially enter the preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone (≥5min temperature), and low-temperature cooling zone of the tunnel oven via the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system is set for either paperless or paper-based recording. The entire process is constantly protected under a 100-level laminar flow.

The tunnel oven heating elements are installed at the top, enhancing heat efficiency. The oven is equipped with an electrical control cabinet, featuring a digital temperature display that allows precise control over any constant temperature setting.

The oven's thermal insulation layer uses alumina silicate as the insulation material, offering excellent thermal insulation properties.
