The ZPG Vacuum Pan Drying Machine is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet material is evaporated by conduction, and the scraper stirrer continuously reduces the material on the hot surface, moving it within the container to form a circulation flow. After the moisture evaporates, it is extracted by the vacuum pump. This machine utilizes a large area jacketed heating method, with a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. The stirring function ensures a continuous circulation of the material inside the drum, further enhancing the uniformity of material heating, thereby facilitating the drying process for paste-like, cream-like, and paste materials.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The vacuum耙式drier is primarily composed of the shell, rotating shaft, and rake teeth.
The耙式干燥器 operates under vacuum. Initially, the wet material is added to the dryer, the agitation unit is started, heating medium is introduced into the jacket, and heat is transferred through the jacket while vacuum is applied to remove moisture from the material.
By utilizing the forward and reverse movement of the tines, the material is continuously pushed towards the center and both ends during the drying process, ensuring timely renewal of the heat transfer surface and thereby accelerating the rate of heat and mass transfer.
When the material reaches the specified moisture content, stop heating, shut down the vacuum system, remove the dried material, and complete one cycle of operation.
This dryer is suitable for drying paste, paste-like, granular, and fibrous materials, especially for heat-sensitive materials and drying operations requiring recovery of organic vapors. The vacuum耙式drier offers many advantages.
