Product Introduction / INTRODUCE
The air flow dryer is a bulk drying equipment that operates on the principle of instant drying. It utilizes the rapid movement of heated air to carry wet materials, suspending them in the hot air. This enhances the entire drying process and increases the rate of heat and mass transfer. Materials dried by air flow drying can have almost all non-bound moisture removed (e.g., starch materials with an initial moisture content of around 40% can be reduced to 13.5% in the finished product). Additionally, the dried materials do not undergo deterioration, and the yield can be significantly higher compared to conventional dryers, allowing users to achieve higher economic benefits in a short period of time.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The enhanced air flow dryer completes the drying process of wet materials in two stages. The raw materials are first subjected to a primary pressure drying using a mixture of secondary drying exhaust gases and supplementary hot air. The high-temperature, low-moisture exhaust gases are then discharged outside the machine. The semi-finished products after the first drying are then dried in a secondary vacuum drying with fresh hot air, and finally, the dried products are weighed and packaged.
Used high-temperature, low-moisture exhaust gases are employed as the primary drying agent, thereby achieving an excellent cyclic drying process. The amount of supplementary hot air can be adjusted as needed, making the machine highly versatile.
Product Features / CHARACTERISTICS
Our company produces airflow drying equipment, which boasts high automation, low investment, energy consumption, and minimal labor and factory space requirements. It is versatile and a superior modern piece of equipment.
● Rapidly removes moisture from easily dehydrated granular or powdered materials, primarily surface moisture. In air-drying, the short residence time of the material within the dryer ensures ideal control over the quality of the dried product.
Our factory's reinforced air flow drying system is an upgrade from the basic model, featuring a reinforced unit with an infinitely variable speed. Wet material enters the reinforced unit via a spiral feeder, where it is thoroughly mixed with hot air. As the material is shattered and propelled by the rotating impeller, it is reduced to fine particles, moving towards the outlet while drying. Subsequently, it is drawn into the drying tube by the wind for further even drying. Wet, heavy particles that cannot be attracted by the wind are continuously shattered, dried, until they become light enough to be picked up by the wind and enter the drying tube.
Product Application/USE
Airflow dryers are suitable for drying and dehumidifying powdered materials in industries such as chemicals, food, building materials, and plastics.
For example: starch, fish meal, salt, distiller's grains, feed, gluten, plastic resins, mineral powder, coal powder, sugar chloric acid, A·S·C benzoic acid, 2·3 acid, polychloroacetic acid polypropylene, sodium sulfate, sodium metabisulfite, and the drying of various materials.
