The DSH series double-screw conical mixer is a new type of mixing equipment, widely used for mixing various powdered materials in industries such as chemicals and feed. The machine's self-rotation is achieved with a motor and a harmonic drive reducer, utilizing asymmetric twin-screw mixing, which allows for a broad material mixing range, rapid mixing speed, and is particularly suitable for mixing materials with greatly differing specific gravities.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The mixer features two asymmetric spiral blades that rapidly rotate, lifting materials upwards to form two asymmetric spiral streams along the筒 arm from bottom to top. The rotation of the arm drives the spiral to rotate, causing materials outside the spiral to enter the spiral envelope line to varying degrees.
Some materials are lifted in sections, while others are ejected from the bolt, thereby continuously refreshing and spreading the materials around the full circumference. The two streams of materials lifted to the top converge into the central depression, forming a downward flow of materials, which fills the void at the bottom, thus creating a convection cycle.
Due to the complexity of the aforementioned movement, the materials achieved uniform mixing in a relatively short period of time, with a high degree of mixture.

● Short mixing time, high efficiency, can increase efficiency by 2-3 times, large mixing capacity, filling coefficient is 20-30% higher than drum mixers, and 25-40% higher than V-type mixers.
High mixing precision, low energy consumption, approximately reducing by half (referring to the unit weight of material), and the mixing machine housing has a low height.
Bottom discharge is fast and clean, with a tight seal to prevent material leakage. The mixing dead corners of the material can be minimized to a low degree.
The equipment is easy to clean, facilitates the change of mixed material types, reduces the work on repairing the base bearing, and is conducive to the development of the equipment towards larger sizes.
