Product Introduction/ INTRODUCE
A twin-shaft mixer refers to a mixer where the drum can move in two directions simultaneously.
Two motion directions are the rotation of the drum and the swing of the drum with the swing frame. As the mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes within the drum, it also undergoes back-and-forth blending movements with the drum's swing. Under the combined action of these two motions, the material achieves thorough mixing in a short period of time.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The two-dimensional blending machine is primarily composed of three main parts: the rotating drum, the swing frame, and the machine frame. The rotating drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four roller wheels and axially located by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are powered by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanism, which is located on the machine frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by a bearing assembly.
Product Features / CHARACTERISTICS
The drum of the EYH twin-shaft mixer performs two movements simultaneously: one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swing of the drum with the pendulum frame. As the mixed materials rotate, flip, and blend within the drum, they also undergo a back-and-forth mixing motion due to the drum's swing. Under the combined action of these two movements, the materials achieve thorough mixing in a short time, characterized by fast mixing speed, large mixing capacity, and easy discharge.
Product Application/Use
The EYH Two-dimensional Blending Machine is widely used for mixing powdery and granular materials.
