Product Introduction / INTRODUCE
Extrusion granulation is a relatively new dry granulation process for producing compound fertilizers. In the fertilizer industry, extrusion granulation is used for granulating potassium chloride, and almost all granular potassium chloride (1-4mm) required for blended fertilizers (BB fertilizer) is produced using the extrusion method.

Operating Principle/PRINCIPLE
Dry material agglomerates into dense and hard lumps (pellets) under pressure, a process called extrusion; these pellets are then crushed and sifted to become granular material, known as granulation. The function of extrusion is to squeeze out air between particles and to bring the particles close enough to generate attractions such as van der Waals forces, adhesion, crystal bridges, and embedded connections. The strength of the granules produced by extrusion granulation primarily comes from the intermolecular forces.
Product Features / Characteristics
High material yield
The dry powder granules have uniform particle density, good disintegration, and high yield rate. The specific feeding structure ensures stable feeding.
No need for secondary drying
Roller water circulation cooling ensures no material sticking to the roller occurs. No water or wetting agents like ethanol are required.
Secondary heating and drying, process baseline.
Sealed Low-Dust
Sealed operation minimizes pollution, meeting pharmaceutical hygiene requirements. Particularly suitable for granulation of materials that wet processing cannot handle.
