WFJ-Micro Pulverizer, composed of the main machine, auxiliary equipment, and electric control sections, features a compact design, reasonable structure, and wind selection functionality without screens or meshes. It is equipped with a grading mechanism that allows for both crushing and grading to be done in one operation. The vacuum conveying system continuously exhausts the heat generated within the chamber during the crushing process, making it suitable for the pulverization of thermosensitive materials.

PRINCIPLE
Material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding door and is sheared and crushed by high-speed rotating blades. It is then transported into the cyclone separator via negative pressure air flow. The dust from the discharged material is collected and recycled through a dust collector with bags or filter sleeves, ensuring no dust飞扬 during production. This not only improves the material utilization rate but also reduces the company's costs.
