Zincalume fencing refers to guardrails made from zinc alloy materials, designed for various locations with different functionalities. Due to the electrostatic spraying process applied to their surface, they offer advantages such as high strength, hardness, exquisite appearance, and vibrant colors, making them a mainstream product for residential communities, factories, schools, and road traffic.

Traditional guardrails utilized iron bar materials, requiring welding and other technical processes, and were prone to softness, easy rusting, and limited color options. Zincalloy balcony guardrails effectively address the shortcomings of traditional guardrails while offering moderate pricing, making them a substitute product for various traditional guardrail materials. Zincalloy guardrails are assembled using a weld-free crossover method (some components may require welding, but zinc supplementation must be done before painting).

The base material thickness is 2-3 times that of stainless steel, offering over 500 color options. The surface is treated with polyester antioxidant powder electrostatic spraying, enhancing the guardrail's anti-oxidation, anti-ultraviolet, weather-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties.
