详情描述

Yantai Kexin Watch Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timekeeping and zero error, mainly secured by the following technologies:

1. GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with satellite time, the master control system's master clock has no cumulative error, every second and minute is accurate.

2. Dependable IoT technology and feedback supervision system for the subordinate clocks (large dial clocks), ensuring synchronized operation with the master clock. The subordinate and master clocks automatically synchronize every 15 seconds. In case of a subordinate clock malfunction, an automatic alert is triggered with a suggested solution.

3. Our self-manufactured movement is the core component of the tower clock, crafted from babbitt bronze for the bearings and 45-grade steel that has undergone rigorous mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing the movement's wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures no maintenance or care is required, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.

4. Professional installation staff is the guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts skilled installers and several well-trained高空workers. Our experience is that three parts depend on the equipment, and seven parts depend on the installation. Local offices and service outlets truly ensure peace of mind for users, with no worries after purchase.

5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing tower clocks from all major brands across the nation. To assure our customers of their choice, we promise a free 3-year warranty on all repairs.

Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process

Estimated Project Duration: 30 calendar days

Including: Production Lead Time: 20 days

Transportation and installation timeline: 10 days

I. Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule

1. Based on the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company issues production schedules to all production departments (individual production workshops, technical department, logistics center). The schedules should clearly specify: dimensions, colors, functions, and shipment dates for each clock. A detailed "Material Requirement Sheet" should also be attached.

2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the bid document from Party A, and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and current inventory, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan." The procurement plan is issued to: electronic component procurement specialist, outsourced procurement specialist, and bulk material procurement specialist. Additionally, the rough funding needed is notified to the finance department.

3. Begin purchasing various materials on the second day, with a priority on procuring essential supplies needed for production.

4. The company's existing stock of materials and spare parts, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately put into production according to the contract requirements. By the 3rd to 13th day, the basic manufacturing of control systems and cores will be completed. They will then progressively move into the debugging and trial operation processes.

5. Basic completion of the clock face production within the 3rd to 13th day (the exterior parts do not require adjustment).

6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in stock, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.

7. All debugging must be completed within the 18th day, followed by inspection prior to packaging and completion of various packaging-related documents and forms.

8. All packaging is completed on the 19th day.

9. Notify Party A of the readiness for shipment, and confirm with Party A the specific unloading location and installation time.

10. The installation personnel will arrive at the installation site in advance, according to the mutually agreed schedule, to prepare for the installation. The following day, they will inspect the goods with Party A and commence the installation process.

Section II: Transportation and Installation Plan for Clock Equipment

(Part 1) Packaging, Shipment, and Transportation Solutions

In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes, filled with shock-absorbing foam and moisture-proof plastic bags inside. For clock faces, valuable items (such as control boxes, clock hands, dials, etc.), and items weighing over 20 kg, we add an outer wooden crate made of high-quality plywood. Similarly, shock-absorbing foam is installed between the wooden crate and cardboard box. All packaging is neat, attractive, and reliable, loaded onto trucks according to road transportation requirements to ensure the goods arrive intact and undamaged.

Each packaging box includes a detailed product packing list, factory inspection certificate, quality inspection certificate, and manual, etc. The box is sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.

Each package box is labeled with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination, product name, gross/net weight, total number of packages in this shipment, contract number, etc. Additionally, it features the "Three Protection" marking.

4. Transportation: For this shipment of *** equipment, we will select the most suitable transportation method, such as road or rail, based on the installation location of the tower clock project and the requirements for equipment transportation security. We guarantee the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of the goods to the destination. Any losses due to loss or damage will be borne by us. Within 48 hours prior to the shipment of the equipment, we will send the recipient a fax with details including the station name, quantity, estimated installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, and transportation vehicle name, as well as the equipment shipment schedule.

5. Arrival Inspection and Handover

Upon arrival at the buyer's destination, our project manager and the buyer's representative will jointly inspect the goods in accordance with the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, quality, and performance parameters of the equipment. Both parties will sign and seal the delivery (receipt) note, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. In case the goods do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement, and the resulting costs will be borne by our company.

(II) On-site Inspection and Installation Entry

1. On-site Installation Inspection

1) Upon arrival of the goods at the site, the installation personnel will check the number of packaging boxes and their condition for any damage or loss of items, in accordance with the "Shipment Registration Form," together with the recipient.

2) Inspect the goods inside the packaging box together with the buyer, checking off items one by one as listed on the packing list.

3) Briefly describe the name, quantity, use, and storage requirements of various goods to facilitate the provider in securing a safe storage facility.

2. Installation On-Site

1) According to the installation time stipulated in the contract or agreed upon by both parties, all goods will arrive at the designated location. Prior to installation, a storage location will be negotiated with Party A to ensure a safe storage area for the goods that have not yet been installed.

2) Work together with the buyer to define installation conditions and make necessary modifications to those that do not meet requirements, ensuring a safe and smooth installation.

3) Inform the buyer of the approximate time for inspection, so they can prepare accordingly.

(3) Clock Equipment Installation

Equipment Installation Steps:

1. Assemble the clock face on the corresponding work surface.

2. Rent suitable lifting equipment and use the whole-set lifting method to weld or bolt the steel frame of the large bell with the reserved iron components of the bell tower.

3. Reserve piping between the sub-clock and the master clock, lighting lines, and piping between the speakers and the amplifier.

4. Accept scale lighting wire, movement lighting wire.

5. Install the speakers and connect the speaker power lines.

6. Connect the motor wire and feedback wire to the motor and feedback switch on the core.

7. Connect all motor lines, feedback lines, lighting lines, and speaker lines to the master clock system and the control room where the public address system is located.

8. Connect to the GPS time synchronization system.

9. Connect and debug the monitoring microcomputer.

Section 3: Clock Equipment Operation and Debugging

Debugging period: 3 calendar days, with simultaneous training for the client's designated operators during the debugging process.
