Yantai Kexin Watch Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timing and no errors, primarily secured by the following technologies:

1. GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with satellite standard time, the master control system's master clock has no cumulative error, every second is accurate.

2. Reliable IoT technology and feedback supervision system for the sub-clocks (large face clocks), ensuring synchronization between the large face clocks and the master clock. The sub-masters synchronize with the master every 15 seconds automatically. In case of a sub-clock failure, an automatic alert is triggered along with a suggested solution.

3. Our self-produced movement is the core component of the tower clock, crafted from beryllium bronze for the shaft bushes and 45-grade steel that has undergone rigorous mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing its wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures no maintenance or保养 is required, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.

4. Professional installation staff is the guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts 8 senior installation technicians and many highly trained高空workers. Our experience is that three parts rely on the equipment, and seven parts rely on the installation. Our offices and service outlets nationwide truly ensure customers' peace of mind in purchasing and worry-free usage.

5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing tower clocks from all brands across the nation. To assure our customers of their choice, we promise a 3-year free warranty on all repairs.

Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process

Estimated Duration: [Number] Calendar Days

Including: Manufacturing lead time: 20 days

Transportation and installation lead time: 10 days

I. Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule

1. Based on the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company issues production schedules to all production departments (individual production workshops, technical department, logistics center). The schedules detail the dimensions, colors, functions, and shipping dates of each piece. A detailed "Material Requirement Sheet" is also attached.

2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the bidder's tender documents, and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and the current inventory status, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan Sheet." The procurement plan is then issued to: electronic component procurement specialist, outsourced procurement specialist, and bulk material procurement specialist. The required approximate funds are also notified to the finance department.

3. Begin procuring various materials starting from the second day, with a priority on urgently needed production supplies.

4. The company's existing stock materials and equipment spares, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately incorporated into production according to contract requirements. The basic manufacturing of control systems and cores will be completed within the 3rd to 13th day. Subsequently, they will progressively enter the debugging and trial operation processes.

5. The watch dials should be basically completed within the 3rd to 13th day (appearance parts do not require adjustment).

6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in stock, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.

7. All adjustments must be completed within the 18th day, followed by inspections prior to packaging and completion of all necessary documentation and forms for packaging.

8. All packaging completed by the 19th day.

9. Notify Party A of the readiness for shipment, and confirm with Party A the specific unloading location and the exact installation time.

10. Installers arrive at the installation site in advance according to the agreed schedule by both parties to prepare for the installation. The following day, they inspect the goods together with Party A and commence the installation process.

II. Clock Equipment Transportation and Installation Plan:

(Part 1) Packaging, Shipment, and Transportation Solutions

In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes, lined with shock-absorbing foam and moisture-proof plastic bags. For items such as dials, valuable goods (e.g., control boxes, clock hands, scales), and items weighing over 20 kg, we add an additional wooden crate (made from high-quality plywood) outside the cardboard box. Similarly, shock-absorbing foam is installed between the wooden crate and the cardboard box. All packaging is neat, aesthetically pleasing, and reliable, loaded into vehicles according to road transportation requirements to ensure goods arrive at the destination intact and undamaged.

Each carton is accompanied by a detailed product packing list, factory quality certificate, quality inspection certificate, and instruction manual, etc. The carton is sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.

Each packaging box is imprinted with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination station, product name, gross/net weight, total number of pieces in this shipment, contract number, etc. Additionally, it features the "Three Protection" symbol.

4. Regarding transportation, for this shipment of *** equipment, we will select the most suitable mode of transport, such as road or rail, based on the requirements of the tower clock installation location and the equipment's transportation guarantee. We ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery to the destination. Any losses incurred due to loss or damage will be borne by us. Within 48 hours prior to the shipment of the equipment, we will send the recipient a fax containing details such as the station name, quantity, expected installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, and name of the transportation vehicle, as well as the shipment schedule.

5. Arrival Inspection and Handover

Upon delivery to the buyer's destination, our project manager will jointly inspect the goods with the buyer's representative in accordance with the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, quality, and performance parameters of the equipment. Both parties will sign and seal the delivery (receipt) document, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. If any goods do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement, with the associated costs borne by our company.

(II) On-site Inspection and Installation Entry

1. On-site Installation Inspection

1) Upon arrival of the goods on-site, the installation personnel will inspect the number of packaging boxes and check for any damage and item loss, in accordance with the "Shipment Registration Form," together with the recipient.

2) Inspect the goods inside the packaging boxes with the buyer, checking off each item as listed on the packing list.

3) Briefly describe the names, quantities, uses, and storage requirements of various goods to facilitate the provider in securing a safe storage location.

2. On-site Installation

1) All goods shall enter the site and arrive at the designated location according to the installation schedule or as mutually agreed by both parties. Prior to installation, a storage location for the goods shall be agreed upon with Party A to ensure a safe place for the uninstalled goods.

2) Collaborate with the client to determine installation conditions and make necessary modifications to those that do not meet requirements, ensuring a safe and smooth installation.

3) Inform the buyer of the approximate acceptance time to prepare accordingly.

(3) Clock Equipment Installation

Equipment Installation Steps:

Assemble the clock face on the corresponding work surface.

2. Rent appropriate lifting equipment, and use the whole-lifting method to weld or bolt the large bell's steel frame to the reserved iron parts of the bell tower.
