详情描述

Yantai Kexin Watch Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timekeeping and zero error, primarily guaranteed by the following technologies:

1. GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with satellite standard time, the master control system's master clock has no cumulative error, not a second off.

2. Reliable IoT technology and feedback supervision system for the sub-clocks (large face clocks), ensuring synchronization between the large face clocks and the master clock. The sub-masters synchronize with the master every 15 seconds, with automatic alerts for sub-clock malfunctions and suggested solutions.

3. Our in-house produced movement is the core component of the tower clock, crafted from beryllium bronze for the shaft bushes and 45-grade steel that has undergone stringent mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing its wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures zero maintenance and care, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.

4. Professional installation personnel ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts a team of well-trained高空workers. Our philosophy is three parts equipment, seven parts installation. Our extensive network of offices and service centers nationwide truly gives users peace of mind in purchasing and worry-free usage.

5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing tower clocks from all major brands across the nation. To assure our customers of their choice, we promise a 5-year free warranty on all repairs.

Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process

Estimated Project Duration: [Number] calendar days

Including: Manufacturing Lead Time: 20 days

Transportation and installation timeline: 10 days

I. Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule

1. Based on the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company issues production schedules to all production departments (including each production workshop, technical department, and logistics center). The schedules should clearly specify the dimensions, colors, functions, and shipment times for each clock. Additionally, a detailed "Material Requirement Sheet" should be attached.

2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the client's bidding documents and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and current inventory, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan Sheet," which is then issued to: electronic component procurement staff, outsourced procurement staff, and bulk material procurement staff. The required approximate funds are also notified to the finance department.

3. Begin procuring various materials starting from the second day, with priority given to the urgent supplies needed for production.

4. The company's existing stock of materials and spare parts, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately put into production according to the contract requirements. The basic manufacturing of control systems and cores will be completed within the 3rd to 13th day. Then, they will progressively enter the debugging and trial operation processes.

5. Basic completion of the clock face manufacturing within the 3rd to 13th day (外观 parts do not require adjustment).

6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in stock, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.

7. All adjustments must be completed within the 18th day, followed by quality inspections prior to packaging and completion of necessary documentation and forms for packaging.

8. All packaging completed by the 19th day.

9. Notify Party A of the readiness for shipment, and confirm with Party A the specific unloading location and installation time.

10. Installers will arrive at the installation site ahead of the agreed schedule by both parties to prepare for the installation. The following day, they will inspect the goods together with Party A and commence the installation.

II. Clock Equipment Transportation and Installation Plan:

(Part 1) Packaging, Shipment, and Transportation Solutions

1. In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes, lined with shock-absorbing foam and moisture-proof plastic bags inside; for items like clock faces, valuable goods (such as control boxes, clock hands, dials, etc.), and those weighing over 20 kg, we add an outer wooden crate (made of high-quality plywood) around the cardboard box. Similarly, shock-absorbing foam is also placed between the wooden crate and the cardboard box. All packaging is neat, attractive, and reliable, loaded into vehicles according to road transportation requirements to ensure the goods arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Each packaging box includes a detailed product packing list, factory certification of conformity, quality inspection certificate, manual, etc. The box is sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.

Each packaging box is labeled with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination, product name, gross/net weight, total number of pieces in the shipment, contract number, etc. Additionally, it features a "Three Protection" symbol.

4. In terms of transportation, for this *** equipment, we will select the most suitable transportation method, such as road or rail, based on the installation location of the tower clock project and the requirements for equipment transportation. We ensure the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of the goods to the destination. Any losses due to loss or damage will be borne by our company. Within 48 hours prior to the shipment of the equipment, we will send the recipient a传真 containing the station name, quantity, estimated installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, name of the transportation vehicle, and the equipment shipment schedule.

5. Arrival Inspection and Handover

Upon delivery to the buyer's destination, our project manager and the buyer's representative will jointly inspect the goods in accordance with the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, model, quality, and performance parameters of the equipment. Both parties will sign and seal the delivery (receipt) note, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. If any goods do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement, and any resulting costs will be borne by our company.

(II) Installation Site Inspection and Entry

1. On-site Installation Inspection

1) Upon arrival of the goods at the site, the installation personnel will inspect the number of packing boxes and check for any damage or missing items, in accordance with the "Shipment Registration Form," together with the recipient.

2) Inspect the goods inside the packaging box together with the buyer, checking off each item as listed on the packing list.

3) Briefly describe the name, quantity, use, and storage requirements of various goods for the buyer to provide a safe storage location.

2. Installation on-site

1) All goods will be delivered to the designated location according to the installation schedule as per the contract or as mutually agreed upon by both parties. Prior to installation, the storage location for the goods will be negotiated with Party A to ensure a safe storage area for the non-installed items.

2) Collaborate with the buyer to determine installation conditions and make modifications to any conditions that do not meet requirements, ensuring a safe and smooth installation.

3) Inform the buyer of the approximate time for acceptance, so they can prepare accordingly.

(3) Clock Equipment Installation

Equipment Installation Steps:

Assemble the clock face on the corresponding work surface.

2. Rent appropriate lifting equipment and employ the whole-set lifting method to weld or bolt the steel frame of the large bell with the reserved ironwork in the bell tower.

3. Reserve pipelines between the subclock and the master clock, lighting lines, and pipelines between the horn and the amplifier.

4. Accept scale illumination wire, movement illumination wire.

5. Install the speakers and connect the speaker power lines.

6. Connect the motor wire and feedback wire to the motor and feedback switch on the core.

7. Connect all motor wires, feedback wires, lighting wires, and speaker wires to the master clock system and the control room where the public address system is located.

8. Connect to the GPS time synchronization system.

9. Connect and debug the monitoring microcomputer.

Section 3: Clock Equipment Operation and Debugging

Debugging period: 3 calendar days, with simultaneous training for the client's designated operators during the debugging phase.
