详情描述
Yantai Kexin Clock Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timekeeping and no errors, primarily ensured by the following technological guarantees:
1. GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with satellite standard time, the master control system's master clock has no cumulative error, every second and minute is precise.
2. Reliable IoT technology and feedback supervision system for sub-clocks (face clocks), ensuring synchronization between the face clocks and the master clock. The sub-clocks automatically synchronize with the master clock every 15 seconds. In case of a sub-clock failure, an automatic alert is issued along with a suggested solution.
3. Our self-manufactured movement is the core component of the tower clock, crafted from tin bronze for the bearing bushes and 45-grade steel that has undergone rigorous mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing the movement's wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures zero maintenance and care, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.
4. Professional installation personnel are the guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts senior installation technicians and several highly trained高空作业 personnel. Our experience is that three parts rely on the equipment, and seven parts rely on the installation. Our extensive network of offices and service centers across the country truly gives users peace of mind in purchasing and worry-free usage.
5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing clocks from all major brands across the nation. To assure our clients of their choice, we promise a 5-year free warranty on all repairs.
Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process
Estimated Project Duration: [Number] calendar days
Including: Manufacturing Lead Time: 20 days
Transportation & Installation Lead Time: 10 Days
I. Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule
1. Based on the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company issues production plans to all production departments (including each production workshop, technical department, and logistics center). The plan specifies the dimensions, colors, functions, and shipment dates of each clock. Additionally, a detailed "Material Requirement Sheet" is attached.
2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the client's bid document and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and current inventory status, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan." This plan is issued to: electronic component procurement specialist, outsourced procurement specialist, and bulk material procurement specialist. Additionally, the rough funding needed is notified to the finance department.
3. Begin purchasing various materials starting from the second day, with priority given to urgently needed production supplies.
4. The company's existing inventory of materials and spare parts, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately incorporated into production according to the contract requirements. By the 3rd to 13th day, the basic manufacturing of the control systems and cores will be completed. They will then progressively move into the debugging and trial operation processes.
5. Basic completion of the clock face production (外观件不需调试) within the 3rd to 13th day.
6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in stock, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.
7. All debugging must be completed by the 18th day, followed by inspection prior to packaging and completion of various documentation and forms for packaging.
8. All packaging is completed by the 19th day.
9. Notify Party A of the readiness for shipment and confirm with them the specific unloading location and installation time.
10. The installation crew will arrive at the installation site ahead of schedule, as agreed upon by both parties, to prepare for the installation. The following day, they will inspect the goods together with Party A and begin the installation.
Section 2: Transportation and Installation Plan for Clock Equipment
(Part One) Packaging, Shipment, and Transportation Plan
1. In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes and line them with shock-absorbing foam and moisture-proof plastic bags. For clock faces, valuable items (such as control boxes, clock hands, dials, etc.), and goods weighing over 20 kg, we add an outer wooden crate (made of high-quality plywood) around the cardboard box. Similarly, shock-absorbing foam is installed between the wooden and cardboard boxes. All packaging is neat, attractive, and reliable, loaded into vehicles according to road transportation requirements to ensure the goods arrive at the destination intact.
Each packaging box includes a detailed product packing list, factory inspection certificate, quality inspection certificate, and manual, etc. The box is sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.
Each packaging box is imprinted with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination station, product name, gross/net weight, total number of pieces in this batch, contract number, etc. Additionally, it features the "Three Protection" logo.
4. Regarding transportation, for this shipment of *** equipment, we will select the most suitable transportation method, such as road or rail, based on the installation location of the tower clock project and the requirements for equipment transportation security. We guarantee the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of the goods to the destination. Any losses due to loss or damage will be borne by us. Within 48 hours prior to the dispatch of the equipment, we will send the recipient a fax with details including the station name for installation, quantity, estimated installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, name of the transportation vehicle, and the dispatch schedule of the equipment.
5. Arrival Inspection and Handover
Upon arrival at the buyer's destination, the project manager of our company and the buyer's representative will jointly inspect the goods in accordance with the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, model, quality, performance parameters, and other aspects of the equipment. Both parties will sign and stamp the delivery (receipt) note, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. If there are goods that do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement, and any resulting costs will be borne by our company.
(II) On-site Inspection and Entry for Installation
1. On-site Installation Inspection
1) Upon arrival of the goods at the site, the installation personnel will check the quantity of packaging boxes and inspect for any damage or loss of items, together with the recipient, in accordance with the "Shipment Register."
2) Inspect the goods inside the packaging boxes together with the buyer, checking off each item as listed on the packing list.
3) Briefly describe the names, quantities, uses, and storage requirements of various goods to facilitate the provider in securing a safe storage location.
2. Installation On-Site
1) All goods shall enter the site according to the installation schedule as per the contract or mutually agreed upon by both parties. Prior to installation, a storage location for the goods shall be agreed upon with Party A to ensure a safe storage area for the uninstalled goods.
2) Work with the customer to define installation conditions and modify any that do not meet requirements for safe and smooth installation.
3) Inform the buyer of the approximate acceptance time to allow preparation.
