详情描述
Yantai Kexin Watch Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timing and no errors, primarily secured by the following technologies:
1. GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with satellite standard time, the master control system's master clock has no cumulative error, every second and minute is accurate.
2. Dependable IoT technology and feedback monitoring system for the subordinate clocks (large dials), ensuring synchronized operation with the master clock. The subordinate and master clocks automatically synchronize every 15 seconds. In case of a subordinate clock malfunction, an automatic alert is issued along with a suggested solution.
3. Our self-manufactured movement is the core component of the tower clock, crafted from babbitt bronze for the shaft bearings and 45 steel that has undergone rigorous mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing the movement's wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures zero maintenance and care, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.
4. Professional installation personnel are the guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts senior installation technicians and several trained高空 workers. Our experience is that three parts depend on the equipment, and seven parts on the installation. Our extensive network of offices and customer service centers across the nation truly ensures that customers can purchase with confidence and use with peace of mind.
5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing tower clocks from all brands across the nation. To assure our customers of their choice, we promise a 5-year free warranty on all repairs.
Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process
Estimated Project Duration: [Number] calendar days
Including: Manufacturing Lead Time: 20 days
Transportation and installation timeline: 10 days
Section 1: Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule
1. Based on the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company issues production schedules to all production departments (individual production workshops, technical department, logistics center). The schedule should clearly specify: the dimensions, colors, functions, and shipment dates of each clock. Additionally, attach a detailed "Material Requirement Sheet."
2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the client's tender documents, and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and the current inventory status, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan." This plan is then issued to: electronic component procurement staff, outsourced procurement staff, and bulk material procurement staff. The required approximate funds are also notified to the finance department.
3. Begin procuring various materials starting from the second day, with a priority on acquiring essential supplies needed for production.
4. The company's existing stock of materials and equipment spare parts, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately put into production according to the contract requirements. By the 3rd to 13th day, the basic manufacturing of control systems and cores will be completed. They will then gradually proceed to the debugging and trial operation processes.
5. Basic completion of the clock face manufacturing within the 3rd to 13th day (the outer parts do not require adjustment).
6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in place, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.
7. All debugging completed within the 18th day, perform inspections prior to packaging, and fill out various documentation and forms for packaging.
8. All packaging completed by the 19th day.
9. Notify Party A that the shipment is ready for dispatch, and confirm with Party A the specific unloading location and installation time.
10. Installation personnel will arrive at the installation site ahead of the agreed time by both parties to prepare for the installation. The following day, they will inspect the goods with Party A and commence the installation.
Section 2: Clock Equipment Transportation and Installation Plan:
Packaging, Shipment, and Transportation Plan
1. In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes, lined with shock-absorbing foam and moisture-proof plastic bags inside. For clock faces, valuable items (such as control boxes, clock hands, dials, etc.), and goods weighing over 20 kg, we add an outer wooden crate (constructed with high-quality plywood) around the cardboard box. Similarly, shock-absorbing foam is also installed between the wooden and cardboard boxes. All packaging is neat, aesthetically pleasing, and reliable, loaded onto trucks according to road transportation requirements to ensure the goods arrive at the destination intact.
Each carton is accompanied by a detailed product packing list, factory inspection certificate, quality inspection certificate, and manual, etc. The carton is sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.
Each package box is labeled with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination station, product name, gross/net weight, total number of pieces in this batch, contract number, etc. Additionally, the "Three Protection" marking is also printed.
4. Transportation. For this *** equipment, our company will select the most suitable transportation method, such as road or rail, based on the requirements of the tower clock installation location and equipment transportation guarantees, to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery to the destination. Any losses due to loss or damage will be borne by us. Within 48 hours prior to shipping the equipment, we will send the recipient a fax with details including the station name, quantity, estimated installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, transportation vehicle name, and the equipment shipment schedule.
5. Arrival Inspection and Handover
Upon arrival at the buyer's destination, our project manager and the buyer's representative will jointly inspect the goods in accordance with the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, model, quality, and performance parameters of the equipment. Both parties will sign and seal the delivery (receipt) document, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. If any goods do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement, and the resulting costs will be borne by our company.
现场安装检查及进场
